use | reduced yellow 3RT is used for dyeing cotton, silk, vinylon and printing cotton. it is also used for color matching. it has good affinity and levelness. it is an important low-crisp yellow dye. It can also be used for paper coloring. It is mainly used for roll dyeing and dip dyeing of cotton cloth, and can directly print cotton cloth |
production method | using 1,5-diaminoanthraquinone and 1-chloroanthraquinone as raw materials, the product is obtained by condensation, closed loop and oxidation.. 72kg 1,5-diaminoanthraquinone (100%), 168kg 1-chloroanthraquinone (100%), 71.3kg of sodium carbonate (100%) and 3.6kg of copper powder are put into a condensation pot, heated and dehydrated, reacted at 225-230 ℃ for 2h, cooled and crushed, fed into a boiling pot for 1h, filtered while hot, washed with water to neutral, and dried to obtain condensate. 50kg of condensate, 150kg of aluminum trichloride (industrial product) and 30kg of refined salt are put into the reaction pot, heated to 160-170 ℃ for 1h, and the materials are put into the dilution pot (cold water is put into the water in advance) to generate a large amount of hydrogen chloride gas, absorbed with water, filtered with diluted materials, and washed and dried to obtain closed-loop products. All the condensates obtained above, 400kg of water, 26kg of liquid alkali (30%) and 1800L of sodium hypochlorite solution (effective chlorine content> 9%) are put into the oxidation pot, slowly raise the temperature to 90-95 ℃ for 1h, dilute with water, press filtration, wash to neutral, and blow dry to obtain dye products. |
